Development Director Opening

IntegrateNYC has grown significantly and we are seeking an organized, well-connected (or established) and enthusiastic partner in designing, managing, and improving our fundraising strategy so our team can make the most impact possible.

Because we are an intergenerational organization focused on transformative youth development, the Development Director and Youth Development Coach will partner with student leaders to execute their role, coach youth in developing their skills and sense of power, and collaborate with an intergenerational team (ages 13+). 

This is an ideal role for someone looking for an opportunity to put their development and fundraising skills to use and directly work with youth to catalyze systemic change.
