Lead Opening

The key responsibilities of a Lead are attending weekly meetings, participating in Unlearning sessions/workshops, and working to grow in facilitation needed for leading Youth Council every other month. During Youth Council, they will start to further the yearly campaign work, share the knowledge from internal meetings, and uplift actions/projects INYC and other groups are involved in. Toward the second semester, Leads will have more opportunities for public speaking and engaging with our external partners. They are supported by the Program Directors and Lead Adult coaches who develop and support individual growth.
