We’re Hiring: Adult Coach!

We are hiring two Adult Coaches to work part-time (10 - 12 hours per week) with our brilliant youth organizers!

An Adult Coach must be a dynamic educator and organizer who is able to empower youth through political education and base building strategies while advancing IntegrateNYC’s mission: to develop youth leaders who repair the harms of segregation and build authentic integration and equity.

A successful Adult Coach must be deeply knowledgeable about transformative youth development, anti-racist organizing, and the NYC department of education. They will be a creative collaborator, a proactive and responsive problem-solver, and a source of inspiration and direction for youth during times of transition.

Because we are an intergenerational organization focused on transformative youth development, the Adult Coach will partner with student leaders to execute their role, coach youth in developing their skills and sense of power, and serve an intergenerational team (ages 13+)
