WHO YOU ARE -
Committed to practicing liberation We do not live in a world that honors the dignity of every person. We are committed to building a world that has never existed. To do that, we are all in a process of learning and unlearning, expanding how we honor each other and ourselves, and experimenting toward new ways of working and being. You want to be in that imperfect but vital process with our community.
Experienced supporting the growth of youth (9-24) You feel comfortable with and excited to intentionally build relationships with youth where they feel seen, supported, and challenged to expand in the ways that are important to them.
Passionate about building and maintaining partnerships You are excited to share about IntegrateNYC’s work with current and potential coalition partners, funders, adult allies and other supporters. You understand the power of grassroots organizing as a mechanism for change and will bring that energy to the ways you relationships and execute your responsibilities.

The first step in the application process is to send a resume and cover letter to hire@integratenyc.org by January 6, 2023.
Candidates who move on to the next step will meet with the hiring manager (or member of the hiring committee) for an initial phone screen. Following the phone screen, candidates who are invited to the next phase will meet an intergenerational group of our team for a “Meeterview” - a meeting meets interview - where we will get to know each other better. Final offers will be made after all eligible candidates have completed their Meeterview.
Equity Statement: Members of communities that have been marginalized by our white supremacist, cisheteropatriarcial, ableist culture often underestimate their readiness for a position. We encourage you to apply even if you aren’t sure your qualifications or experience are a “perfect” fit or ask questions before applying to wema@integratenyc.org
